Singing In Tune

God gave me two thoughts that wouldn’t let me go and I had to seek him to see how to blend them together. My hope is that the word will produce good fruit and new strengths in him

“Wave·length” and “Tuning fork”

  • Wave Length
  • the distance between successive crests of a wave, especially points in a sound wave or electromagnetic wave: “a range of wavelengths
  • a person’s ideas and way of thinking, especially as it affects their ability to communicate with others:

A range, a measure, a level. The frequency our ears are paying attention to. Good success in communication is hearing and speaking on the same wave length.

Awhile later, God spoke to me about tuning forks. I asked the Lord if this word about tuning forks relates to his wave lengths word. Yes.

Tuning Fork

  • a two-pronged steel device used by musicians, which vibrates when struck to give a note of specific pitch.
  • Tuning fork tests are performed in order to subjectively assess a person’s hearing acuity

A tuning fork listens to the sound the instrument makes and adjusts it. Fine tuning and adjustment to the right tone and pitch.

He spoke to me about Sounds, Tones. Voices, and Ears.

The key to walking in active kingdom faith is to tune into the heart of the Lord and to communicate one on one with him. Kingdom unity is sining the right song in the right key together. The delight of the Father’s heart. Set your whole heart on it, God is faithful to keep what we have committed to him.

We’re wise if we keep cultivating tender hearts set on truth and mercy. I know that God wrote an eternal symphony for the Bride of Christ and I believe that Father God is tuning up his instruments. Being chosen to go forth and bear kingdom fruit we hear and follow the great Shepherd of the sheep as he leads by the integrity of his heart and the skillfulness of his hands. Our ears are fine tuned to his voice as he instructs us in the right way to go.

Isaiah 32:8

I will instruct you in the way to go, I will counsel you with my loving eye upon you.

God calls us on to maturity. Lessons learned and applied help us to grow up.

In his processes he fine tunes our ears. The ears feed the heart. Hear what the spirit is saying to the churches. With adoring praise and worship guard your heart for out of it flow all of the issues of life. Be holy. Be pure and transparent. Faith unfeigned, spontaneous grace and truth. Sound wisdom. Redemptive.

It’s a long journey but Holy Spirit leads with gentle instruction and still water peace. Walking in the spirit we live up above the emotional, surface, thought realm. Our ears are attentive to the thoughts of the spirit. All the noise and chatter is tuned out. We feast on the word of life and truth so that we can minister it. We are among his great cloud of witnesses and the testimony out of our mouths must be spoken with humility and accuracy.

His perfect will is to perfect all that concerns us.

Ephesians 3:16
May He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the [Holy] Spirit [Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality]

1 John 5:4

For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory, even our faith

Jesus builds his church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it. His prayer for his saints in the faith fires is that their faith will not fail. His intention is to gather us and build the One New Man, seeking and speaking with one heart and one voice, set with passion to walk in the eternal purposes of the Father. Tuned up ans tuned in we’re singing the same song in the same key. There’s power in the word.

Isaiah 55:11

So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

We’re learning in the midst of great crisis while being tuned into God so that we can maintain a right balance, compassion and intercession, but in right alignment with Holy Spirit faith and joy. Up above the cares of his life so that our prayers and intercessions are effective.

The fruitful works of the spirit grow in us as we live in the divine romance, following the heart of our King. Truth and mercy kiss one another. Jesus said we’re blessed because we hear things that many have desired to but cannot. Gratitude.

I’m learning from an old hymn God brought to my attention. Holy Spirit breathes on his Beloved.

O God, Thy world is sweet with prayer;
The breath of Christ is in the air;
We rise on Thy free Spirit’s wings,
And every thought within us sings.

Thou art our Morning and our Sun,
Our work is glad, in Thee begun;
Our foot worn path is fresh with dew,
For Thou createst all things new.

O God, within us and above,
Close to us in the Christ we love,
Through Him, our only Guide and Way,
May heavenly life be ours today!

Holy Spirit is the breath of Christ. Spirit winds from the north, south, east and west bring life to hearing ears in the earth. Through long process the army of the Lord rises up. For those who fear his name the son of righteousness rises with healing in his wings. We are his Beloved. We are laborers in his harvest.

This is the kind of faith we’re going to need to be effective for God in the times we live in. Secret place delights in his love will bring public place blessing for the profit of many. If we take a good look around us we’ll see that this crisis is causing people to turn to God in prayer like never before. The breath of Christ is in the air; God has shown us his glory all around the world. We follow the ways of peace and we rest in his great love. Synchronized. One heart, one mind. He IS our peace in any time of trouble. With strong resolve and graced beatitude attitudes we will excel.

Zechariah 4:

The Lord your God in your midst, The Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.”
