Don’t Just Look, Listen

While praying this morning I heard a word..”A different form”  After awhile an explanation came to me that added wisdom to my walk with the Lord. If you are a student of the word this will help you to grow in wisdom.

When Jesus died and was resurrected he appeared unto men in a different form. These men Jesus met and talked with had no idea that he was Jesus. But they said their hearts burned within them when he opened up the scriptures for them.

lesson…..Don’t look on the appearance of men, listen for what comes out of the heart. The words that reveals the heavenly word of Christ on the inside. Does the word delight your heart? Is there joy and a testimony of the delivering power of God and his love?

We are as Jesus was although we are in a different form. When we are baptized by Holy Spirit we are baptized into his death. All things are made new and we live in resurrection life. There’s always delight in the divine laws even in the midst of and after times of great suffering. Be alert and discerning. Ask Holy Spirit to filter what you listen to often. In Him we will discover all sufficiency in all things. The name written on Jesus is “The Word of God.”
