All throughout God’s word as I’ve studied over the years I’ve noted how so often he says “Then, they will know I am the Lord”   I’ve spent considerable time seeking a better understanding of this word and have a few thoughts that came to me in prayer recently. 

As we look around us, both in our own lives and in the world around us, we see “shakings” going on. To gain an understanding of what is happening we can consider God’s promise that “I will shake both the heavens and the earth so that what cannot be shaken will remain. ” From our house, to the church house, to the school house, to the White House God is shaking things.  His purpose is to shake out what’s not pleasing to Him so that what pleases Him will remain. I will add too that His promise is that Judgment will begin at the house of God, so that means church leaders and their houses are the first to be examined. That’s us, up close and personal purgings and refinings.

2 Peter 3:13

Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, where righteousness dwells.

This brings to mind the promise that

“Every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord”

I do realize that the purpose in the shakings are for eternal good. Always to wake men up who are asleep to the fear of the Lord. The desire of the Lord’s heart is that men would wake up to the truth that the heavens rule. That men would wake up and look at the fruit of their lives and ministries and consider where they are headed. A deeper look into one’s own heart often will bring a new attitude of humility and the realization that we are only mere men and there is a higher power we must look to. If we are not centered on seeking Jesus to be Lord over all of our lives we are not where we should be!

And that takes me to another promise..

“For those who fear His name the Son of righteousness will arise with healing in His wings”

If we look closely we will see that is a conditional word. “Those who fear his name” have the promise of wholeness.

Now we know that God loves the world because He gave His Son for the world. We learn that His purpose is always redemptive, but that repentance and healings will only come by bowing the knee to the reign of His Son Jesus Christ.

As we see these shakings in us, in our loved ones and in thrones of authority in the earth, we must learn to run and hide deep in the secret place of prayer. Those who stay in the Shaker will not be shaken, and they are equipped and empowered through faith and humility to bring blood mercies and justice to young seekers who are in the process of being awakened from their slumbers. Those who have been shaken and tested and approved are now charged with proclaiming to all the right way to escape the things that are surely coming on the earth. By the demonstration of the work of His Holy Spirit in our own lives we will share His good news.  “Jesus Is Lord, Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good”

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” – Deuteronomy 31:6

Isaiah 58:12
And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

Isn’t this a most precious promise to mere mortals? This is the life inheritance give to those who belong to Jesus. Kingdom of Christ ministry. By dying to self we walk in resurrection life for the profit of many. It’s a word for all who are called citizens of heaven. It’s what heaven is doing and we have a certain part in it.  Father wants to set our  heart on apprehending the reality of the word.  Generational blessing and freedom from all lower entanglements for us and for our family.

Psalm 78:4   We will not hide them from their children, telling to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and His strength and His wonderful works that He has done.

In our family bloodlines a hedge of protection was breached by patterns of disobedience handed down to descendants. This had given spirits of darkness rights into the lives of those who are ignorant of the true knowledge of God. Deep heart woundings. Soul sickness. Griefs. depression. Unforgiveness causing harmful bitter roots that have to be purged out.

Truthfully, we all need renewal. So, in order to be transformed into the mind of Christ it’s imperative that we  allow access to Holy Spirit to uproot old thought patterns which cannot be carried into the kingdom walk.

It’s the work we apprehend as we learn how to flow in God’s cleansing processes. We all have so much to be thankful for because we are being saved from our gardened heart and cold love.

As we mature in our daily walk with Father God we will live in the river of his love. We can be changed and delivered out of our old learned lifestyles of self hate, strife and unbelief.

Unfolding before us continually is a new liberty like we’ve never known. In submission our capacity for God’s love and our ability to share it will grow in wonderful ways.

Though our position as healed sons and daughters of God we now have right and authority to reverse the work of the enemy over our houses. Know that nothing can curse what God has blessed!

2 Kings 12:5
Let the priests take it to them, every man of his acquaintance: and let them repair the breaches of the house, wheresoever any breach shall be found. (Weeping at the altar for the repairing of the breaches)

Begins at home and family….
2 Chron 7:14

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

A turning from our past wicked ways is necessary.  God calls it wickedness in his people when we’ve heard his voice and made decisions to walk our own way. God will deal justly with stubborn self will. These are deceivers who are harmful  to his people.

Yielded vessels have gone back to the cross and risen up into resurrection life. They stay close to the cross always in order to receive the full benefits of our salvation. We have a harvest of blessings to apprehend so that we might be equipped to serve God in a “white as snow” and Holy Spirit enabled love and power.

In the fulness of the promise we will walk in the Jubilee Harvest blessing spoken of in the book of Leviticus.    This covers, briefly, a restoration of all losses.

Joel 2:25
And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.

Recovering all! It’s for all those who have sought and submitted to ‘all the way to the root of our issues’ work.. The fullness of Christ blessing we’re entitled to.  And in the fullness of blessing time we will walk in the corporate unity which in turn releases the commanded blessings. For all who have that desire of heart there will be anointings.  Mantles to walk in it. In his glory we can be used to help others set their hearts to find that place of liberty and harvest.

As we learn to love one another with a pure heart fervently we can be equipped with heavenly powers of peace, and wisdom for reconciliation and deliverance.  I think this was a large part of the joy Jesus saw set before Him which made his sufferings all worthwhile to Him. Multitudes of his children apprehending their full inheritance in Him through the Holy Spirit.
